ATHENS LAW GROUPS has been very active in the field of expropriations law for many years.

We have been repeatedly involved in expropriations, either for archaeological or urban planning purposes, representing the Greek State or institutions in collaboration with it that may have an interest in the expropriation. Other times, we have acted for individuals or businesses that are trying to protect property which is in danger of being expropriated.
